This tool allows you to recover disk space by deleting old messages from your mailbox.
1. Log into your client area click on services then on the active button next to your hosting account (see our video on how to access cPanel).
2. Under actions you can login to your cPanel.
3. In your cPanel search for email disk usage and open this.
4. By clicking on the account you can select what account you would like to view.
5. Under actions click on manage.
6. Now you can choose to delete messages from 1 year or more and delete these emails permanently.
There are also other options if you would like to select a different timescale or remove emails over a certain size, etc.
