If you want to manage future domain renewals and the registered domain contact information through us, you need to transfer the domain registration to our Worthers registrar account. Without completing the following steps, we are not able to renew your domain or make registrar changes!
For global domains (.com, .org, .net, .biz, .info, etc.):
You need to UNLOCK the domain and obtain the EPP Authorisation Code from your current registrar. You also need to ensure the registrant or admin email address is valid as further instructions will be sent to this address (if you prefer you can change this to hosting@worthers.com and we will action the instructions for you). Once you have this information please send it in an email to support@worthers.com together with your customer account and domain name.
For uk domains (.co.uk, .org.uk, etc.):
You need to ask the current registrar to change the IPS Tag to ENOM. You also need to ensure the registrant or admin email address is valid as further instructions will be sent to this address (if you prefer you can change this to hosting@worthers.com and we will action the instructions for you). Once you have confirmed this change has been made, please inform us by sending an email to support@worthers.com together with your customer account and domain name.
