If you are not receiving you quarantine report by email, please check the following:
1. Log into your spam filter and check you have emails in your quarantine (a report will only be sent if email has been stopped)
2. Check your settings for the spam report (is it set to send out daily or weekly)
3. If you are using Outlook check it hasn't been put in your junk email folder
4. If you are using other spam software on top (e.g. Norton, AVG, etc.), check your reports haven't been stopped by this. May be best to disable additional spam filtering software)
