In order to properly communicate with our servers securely and reliably, we use RPC over HTTP.  To keep the setup of Outlook simple we have created a profile file that will automatically configure Outlook 2003 for you.  Your adminsitrator or the person who ordered the service will have access to these files from their control panel login and they are unique to each user's mailbox.

Please make sure you are running

Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 1 with Q331320 hotfix
or
Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2

Upon the first successful login, all data in your Exchange account will be synchronized. With all future logins the synchronization time will be dramatically faster, as only new data we be synchronized.

Please Note - As this is a hosted service Outlook will prompt each time for you to enter your password.  This is a security measure, and is designed to work this way.
