In addition to the basic Spam filter included within cPanel, we also offer an advanced spam filter. This can be used with cPanel or on it's own. This scans all incoming email for viruses and spam, reducing a lot of unwanted emails and saving time. It provides you with a dashboard so you can search the email log, block unwanted addresses and view any quarantined email. It also provides another level of redundancy as it will queue incoming email in case of any issues with mail servers and then attempt to redeliver as soon as reconnected. How to access and train your spam filter

1.1 Login to your spam filter
at https://spamfilter.worthers.net or you can access this from your client area

1.2 From here you can either access the email delivery logs or the spam quarantine listing spam that has been caught.

1.3 For a wider search click on Logs, from here you can build your criteria to search for specific log entries. There is also a link to the deprecated log search which you my find easier to use.

1.4 Select the filters you wish to apply and the matching log entries will be displayed. You can search the logs over the past 28 days and apply various filters.

1.5 On the logs page next to one of your emails you can select the drop down to use one of the options. Using the release and train feature sends the email back to you and will train the filter to remember not to mark these emails as spam.
