Below is a simple guide for account admins on how to access and use some of the features in the spam filter.

1.1 Login to your spam filter at https://spamfilter.worthers.net or you can access this from your client area

 

 

1.2 If accessing this from your client area click on services then on the active button next to your spam filter service

1.3 You will know see your main dashboard in your filter, click on the filter settings. 

 


1.4 These settings allow customisation of the filtering. The quarantine button enables and disables the quarantine.The quarantine threshold sets the spam level if you increase this level more emails will be allowed into the filter and this may increase the spam intake. If you decrease the level there will be a tighter control and less emails will be allowed into the filter
but this may stop genuine emails coming through.

 

 

1.5 Go back to the dashboard, under the incoming protection settings here you can whitelist a known email address that would normally be identified as spam. Alternatively you can use the blacklist to block incoming mail from spammers.
