Webmail is a web based email account that can be accessed through an internet page instead of using an email client like outlook.

How to use your Webmail
1 Go to the URL of: DOMAIN/webmail (e.g. worthers.com/webmail)
1.1 Login with your email address and password, you will now be faced with 2 options to access your email Horde and Roundcube, select one
1.2 You can now view your emails.
1.3 On Webmail home you can manage your inbox setting up autoresponders, email filters and forwarders.
