1. Log into your client area click on services then on the active button next to your hosting account (see our video on how to access cPanel).
1.1 Under actions you can login to your cPanel.
1.2 In your cPanel search for email filters and open this.
1.3 To create a new filter click manage filters next to the email account you would like this to be applied to
1.4 Click on create a new filter
1.5 In the filter name text box enter in a filter name. Add in a new rule and select an action then press the create button
1.6 Once you have set up a filter you can add in a message and test this to see how the system will process this
