The Domain ID feature protects your personal details from being publicly available in the Whois database and makes the contact information related to your domain name private.

This allows you to be able to hide your name and organization, address, phone, email address, etc, which will be otherwise accessible through public Whois queries.

Public information can be used fraudulently by marking companies and spammers sending you unwelcome information.

The public database displays the real identity of the owner of a domain which can then be used fraudulently. This Domain ID protection guarantees the privacy of your personal data and hides this from the public.

If you have a domain ending in .uk (only if you are registered as an individual) then you can opt to hide your domain for free. For a domain ending in .com your information can still be hidden for a small fee.

If you would like to apply this to your domain please contact us support@worthers.com
