Mailing lists allow you to use a single address to send mail to multiple email addresses. You will need to have your email hosted with us to use the mailing list functionality cPanel handles mailing lists with the third-party Mailman application.
Below is a simple guide on how to access your mailing list in your cPanel and use some of the features in the application.
1. Log into your client area click on services then on the active button next to your hosting account (see our video on how to access cPanel)
1.1 Under actions you can login to your cPanel.
1.2 In your cPanel search for mailing lists and open this.
1.3 Create a list name and password or you can generate one using the password generator button, then press add.
1.4 Once your list mailing list has been created click on manage.
1.5 Now you can add in the details and then save this.
1.6 It is a good idea to test this after creating by sending an email to the mailing list address you have set up.
