The client area is where you can see all your services you have with us.

To begin with Login to your client account by loading my.worthers.com/account. Using your email address and password. If you are unsure of the password you can reset this using the forgotten password link. You need to enter in the email address you registered your account with then follow the instructions in the email that will be sent to you.




You will now be in the main dashboard area of your account. Here you can see your services, domains, tickets and invoices you have with us. On the left hand side is your contact details please make sure they are up to date, you can change them by clicking on the update button. Fill in the correct details, then press save.


By clicking on Contacts/sub accounts you can manage your contacts and change or add any details as needed.



By clicking on tickets you can view any existing or open tickets currently in progress. To create a new support ticket click on the open ticket and then technical support. This sends us an email and we will respond back to you as soon as possible. 



In the billing section under invoices or by clicking on billing in the menu you can see all your invoices and make a payment.



Under domains or by clicking on domains in the menu you can see what domains you have and change the contact information if needed.
